Monkey Bread

Background: It's J's birthday and he commented about how it would be lovely if someone invented an apple monkey bread. Well, here I am waiting for butter to come to room temperature, and experimenting with turning Flour's brioche recipe into a monkey bread. We shall see if this works. Mmm...

Can't remember if I've raved about the rosemary shortbread recipe in Flour yet. If not, they're fabulous. And make life studying for a test better. Way better.
