Monkey Bread

Background: It's J's birthday and he commented about how it would be lovely if someone invented an apple monkey bread. Well, here I am waiting for butter to come to room temperature, and experimenting with turning Flour's brioche recipe into a monkey bread. We shall see if this works. Can't remember if I've raved about the rosemary shortbread recipe in Flour yet. If not, they're fabulous. And make life studying for a test better. Way better.
